Tomato overload

Well this season our tomato plants produced like crazy, fell over, and still made a ton of tomatoes. We slow roasted big batches of them and had intense pasta sauces full of ripe tomatoes. Lots of homemade salsa too. It's the time of year when I both can't wait but yet dread the end of tomato season.
