Halloween

For Halloween we gathered at Bindi and Derek's house for fish and chips dinner and a trick o treat at a sprint.

Wren went as Nancy Drew and Quinn went as Hermionie Granger from Harry Potter

Homemade penny loafers. We learned that the original penny loafers were for carrying 2 pennies - the price of a public phone call.

Lucas made Quinn Hermionie's favorite book: Hogwarts, a History. This one opens and becomes a candy repository for trick 'o treating.

Every year we stop by Gail's house, a substitute teacher at the girls' school. She always makes them do a trick, a joke or a riddle. The kids prepare all year for it.  This year, her husband had her do a trick!
