Kiddie town

Wellington is a kid friendly town.

This cafe has two on-staff face painters every weekend. Oh Lordy...a vision of the future. They had their face painted and when we were distracted by breakfast they then went back for the cheeks and the lips.



At the playground downtown, mini cars that drive and have stereo systems. How could anyone resist?



 

We caught the last day of the ice rink out on the waterfront, a temporary installment. I'd never seen these little stabilizing 'sheds' but they helped tremendously in allowing the girls zip around the rink.
